We work with females, virtually or in-person, and specialize in providing practical therapy and treatment of: anxiety, depression, life transitions, and a range of women’s health and mental health issues. Our therapists collaborate with our clients to meet their specific goals.
Professional Counseling
Outpatient Therapy includes meeting with a therapist on a schedule and frequency created based on meeting your specific mental health needs and evaluation of current stressors. Outpatient therapy services are 50 minutes in total and are HIPPA compliant.
Outpatient Program
We offer an array of treatment modalities fit to treat a range of mental health diagnoses and symptom management. Our primary empirical modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
